Jay Kelly began humbly, selling costume jewelry at flea markets and sometimes sleeping in his car overnight. Through determination and hard work, he eventually moved into real gold jewelry, gaining valuable experience and expertise.
He later helped another company open jewelry stores across the country. When that opportunity ended, he turned the challenge into the creation of Diamonds and Gold, building a business that became his lasting legacy. Jay often shared his story, inspiring others with the message that dedication and perseverance lead to success.
A devout Christian, Jay lived his life guided by faith, integrity, and gratitude—values that shaped both his business and his relationships.
